Question 1:
Would you want your future to be decided by others? Why or why not?
Answer:
I would hate having my furture decided by others because they dont know what I want to do with my life or how I want to do it. For example if when I grow up I wanted to be an actress but you forced me to be a farmer. I would be miserable! Being forced to do something you dont want to do just doesn't make sense to me. Like in Jonas's society you are chosen fo a job and even if you didn't want to do that job you would have to. I think that Jonas actually relates to me in some ways, he is very curious just like me and he loves to find the answers to questions he has. Some people think that future should be decided by others so that they can make sure that they go on the right paths in their life but I think that they have to be wiser then the other so that both of them dont scew up their lifes. So in othe words having my future decided by anothr person would not be the best thing for me.
